Reservation Fee
A strictly non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day. Reservation fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations.
Rescheduling Policy (72-Hour Notice)

To Reschedule: We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time to transfer your reservation fee to a new date.

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your appointment rather than reschedule, your reservation fee is forfeited. Giving 72+ hours’ notice allows you to reschedule only, not receive a refund.

Late Changes (Under 72 Hours): Any rescheduling requests or cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your reservation fee. A new fee will be required to book again.
Late & No-Show Policy

Late Arrivals: To prevent delays for other clients, arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your reservation fee.

No-Shows: Failing to show up without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of your reservation fee.

Rebooking: A new reservation fee will be required to schedule any future appointments following a late arrival or no-show.
Previous Tattoo
If you have a previous tattoo, please let me know prior to your appointment. It is required that you submit clear, close up photos in good lighting. There is a possibility that you are not a candidate for microblading or other type of eyebrow style and removal will be recommended first. Your reservation fee will not be refunded if you come to an appointment and are not a candidate for microblading and wish not to proceed with a different style of brows or removal, this reservation fee will serves as payment for time and consultation
Before any treatment is carried out, two forms are required to complete:
-Disclosure form: consent to terms and conditions of the treatment.
-Medical form: to discuss any health conditions which may hinder or affect treatment.
